We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of receiving your order, via Royal Mail or a signed-for delivery courier. At times we might require longer particularly during peak gift seasons or if there is a high demand for a particular product - we will contact you by email if this is the case.

AT SPECIAL TIMES OF THE YEAR SUCH AS CHRISTMAS AND MOTHER'S DAY WE WILL PUBLISH A FINAL ORDER DATE ON OUR HOME PAGE.

Sorry - we do not currently offer a `next day` delivery service.

Please inform us of any faultly goods as soon as you can. All our products are guarranteed for 12 months againsty faulty manufacture.

If you change your mind about any purchase once you have received delivery, please return you purchases to the address below within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund. You need to include a copy of your delivery note so we can identify your order.

Your refund will include the original cost of the goods, plus the original post & packing charge that we made to you (for part-order returns we do not refund the post & packing charge).

You only cost you will need to bear is the cost of returning the items to us.
