We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your order , via Royal Mail or a signed-for delivery courier (2 day service), although at busy periods this period can increase by a few days.

Any damages to your delivery should be reported within 7 days of delivery by email to info@sugarbowlgifts.com or by calling 0870 429 5200, quoting your order number (stated on your delivery note).
