Simon Drew was formerly a biology teacher before he focussed
on his skills as an artist and settled in Devon. He is now
a renowned artist with an incredible sense of humour and
he has a huge following. From his Dartmouth base Simon Drew
works mainly in pen and ink. Twisting language until it?s
facing backwards - he comes up with the most amazing combinations
of surreal humour. Simon cites his main influences as Patrick
Caulfield, Francis Bacon, Tin Tin and generous quantities
of red Bordeaux wine. His drawings are also available on
a range of gifts in Sugarbowl.
